With a PhD in Early Childhood Education and years of experience lecturing pre-service and in-service educators, Dr Aina brings both academic rigour and practical insight to every engagement.
Her hands-on experience managing a childcare centre gives her deep understanding of the operational realities that centre owners and educators face daily.
